With the many requests for nutrition information I have received I figured out the best way to relay the information is to give you my standard day’s food and supplement program. I rarely vary from this plan, so posting what I ate every day will be monotonous and take up too much time. Please remember that this nutrition program works for me, and you can adjust it however you need. Definitely contact me with any questions. 8AM 

4500mg BCAA

1000mg Fish Oil

1000mg Flax Seed Oil

1/2 bottle of Endorush

 

8:30AM

Morning workout

 

9:30AM

1 serving of Muscle Juice Mass Gainer w/ milk

Multivitamin

200mg ALA

 

11:30AM

Cup of coffee

8oz pasteurized egg whites – DRINK THEM

Handful oatmeal with just enough milk to wet them – they should be pretty solid after you cook them

 

1:30PM

3-4 slices deli turkey or chicken – FRESH CUT none of that pre-packaged crap

Two slices wheat bread

1 slice of cheese

Banana

Granola Bar

 

3:30PM

Grapefruit

 

4:30PM

Pre-workout supplement

 

5:30PM

Evening workout

 

8PM

Post-workout: 1 serving of Muscle Juice Mass Gainer w/ milk

1000mg Vitamin C

 

9PM

6-8oz chicken or steak

Handful carrots

1/2 potato (preferably sweet)

 

10:30PM

Big bowl of Fruit Loops

PBJ

Casein protein shake

10g Glutamine in shake

1g Fiber in shake

1000IU Vitamin D3
